Terms of Use
What Asiam3 is, what it does and does not do, and what is expected of the people who use it.
Version 2026-08-21. In effect from 21 August 2026.
What Asiam3 is
Asiam3 is a marketplace and a set of tools for running a business. A merchant opens a shop on it and sells to customers who find them, either through the Asiam3 marketplace or by going to the shop directly at its own address.
Asiam3 provides the market and the infrastructure. The merchant owns the business: their brand, their products, their customers and their records are theirs.
What Asiam3 does and does not do
Asiam3 does not currently process payments. Any arrangement to pay for goods is between you and the merchant directly, Asiam3 is not a party to it, and Asiam3 holds no money at any point.
Asiam3 does not arrange, carry, price or guarantee delivery. Where a shop offers it, Asiam3 records where to bring your order and passes that to the shop. What happens next is between you and them.
Asiam3 does not verify the identity of the people who use it. A name on an account is what that person told us and has not been checked against any record.
A shop appearing on Asiam3 means a shop exists on Asiam3. It is not a statement that the business behind it has been checked. Where Asiam3 says a business is verified, that will mean specific documents were checked, at a stated time, for a stated purpose, and nothing more.
Asiam3 does not operate a buyer protection scheme, a refund guarantee or a dispute service. Your rights under Ghanaian law are unaffected by this.
Your account
You need an account to buy. You are responsible for the password on it and for what is done through it. Tell Asiam3 if you believe somebody else has access to it.
The name you give is recorded as what you told us. Asiam3 does not check it and does not represent it to anybody as verified.
You may ask for your account to be erased at any time. Records the law requires Asiam3 to keep will remain, without your name attached.
If you sell on Asiam3
You are responsible for your business: what you sell, that you are entitled to sell it, the accuracy of what you say about it, the price you set, and getting it to the customer.
Some categories of business require a licence or a permit in Ghana before they may trade publicly. Where a category is regulated, Asiam3 will not publish a shop in it until the applicable requirement is met, and there is no route around that.
A shop is reviewed before it opens to the public. Asiam3 may decline to publish a shop, and may close one, and where that happens the merchant is told.
Your shop keeps its address. If you change it, the old address continues to work and sends visitors to the new one, and no other merchant can take an address your shop has used.
What is not allowed
Selling anything you are not lawfully entitled to sell. Describing a product as something it is not. Impersonating another business or person. Attempting to reach information belonging to another customer or another business. Interfering with the running of the service.
Asiam3 may suspend or close an account that does any of these.
Where Asiam3 stands
Asiam3 is provided as it is. Parts of the service are still being built, and this document and the Privacy Notice describe what it does today rather than what it is intended to do eventually.
Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under Ghanaian law, and where anything here conflicts with such a right, the law applies.
Changes to these terms
These terms will change as Asiam3 grows, particularly once payment is available. The version and the date it took effect are shown at the top of this page, so you can see which text was in force when.
