What is Asiam3?

Asiam3 is a market for independent businesses in Ghana.

Businesses open shops here. Customers find what they sell.

Can I order from the Asiam3 market now?

Not yet. You can look around the market, but orders can't be placed there yet.

You can order from a shop at its own address.

The shop must have set up payment first.

Can I be told when ordering in the market opens?

Yes. Leave your email in your basket in the market.

We will email you once, when ordering opens. You can stop these emails at any time.

Who runs Asiam3?

Asiam3 is a product of NewLife Nexus International.

Michael Selasi Woamekpor is its founder.

Does Asiam3 vouch for the shops?

Asiam3 does not vouch for the businesses on it.

What a shop says about itself is the shop's own words.

How do I order from a shop?

Open the shop's address. Add what you want to your basket. Then choose Order these.

Give your name, phone number and email. Choose a 4-digit Order PIN. Then press Place order.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can order from a shop without an account.

What can I do with an account?

You can keep your baskets on any device you sign in on.

You can also open your own shop. We will email you when ordering in the market opens.

You can't buy with an account yet.

What is the Order PIN?

It is a 4-digit number you choose when you order.

You need it, with your private order link, to come back to your order.

Don't use a PIN you use for mobile money or other important accounts.

I forgot my Order PIN. What do I do?

Open your order link and choose Forgot your Order PIN.

Enter the phone number you gave when you ordered.

If it matches, we will send a 6-digit code to the email you gave. The code opens your order.

It works once, for 15 minutes.

How do I pay?

You pay the shop directly. After you order, your order page shows where to send the money.

For example, it may be a mobile money number. Send the money, then press I've paid.

Does Asiam3 take or hold my money?

No. Asiam3 does not process payments and holds no money at any point.

You pay the shop directly. Asiam3 is not a party to that payment.

What happens when I press I've paid?

It tells the shop that you say you have paid. It does not move any money.

The shop checks its own account. Then it records whether your payment arrived.

How will I know the shop received my payment?

When the shop records it, your order shows Paid.

You also get a payment receipt by email, in the shop's name.

Is my item kept for me when I order?

No. Placing an order does not hold the item.

A shop's stock is counted when the shop records your payment.

If an item runs out first, talk to the shop.

Will my order be delivered, or do I collect it?

Each shop decides. If a shop delivers, you choose at checkout.

Asiam3 does not arrange, carry or price delivery.

What a shop charges for delivery is between you and the shop.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Contact the shop first. Payments go straight to the shop.

Asiam3 does not run a refund or dispute service. Your rights under Ghanaian law stay the same.

Who sees my details when I order?

The shop sees your name and phone number. It does not see your email address.

We use your email to send you order emails in the shop's name.

How do I open a shop?

Create an account and confirm your email with the code we send.

Choose Open your business and give your business name.

Then create your shop: its name and its web address.

Add your products and your payment details. Then press Open my shop.

When can customers order from my shop?

Customers can order at your shop's own address.

Your payment details must be set up first.

They pay you directly.

What is my shop link?

Your shop has its own web address, like yourshop.asiam3.com.

You choose the first part when you create the shop. Give the link to your customers.

Can I change my shop link?

Yes. Your old link keeps working and sends people to the new one.

How do customers pay me?

Customers pay you directly, for example by mobile money.

You choose where they send the money when you set up payment.

Asiam3 never touches this money.

How do I know a customer has paid?

Asiam3 does not check payments. When a customer presses I've paid, you get an email.

Check your own mobile money. Then open the order and record whether the payment arrived.

Once you record that it arrived, the order is paid and yours to fulfil.

What do I do after a payment arrives?

Mark the order as being prepared.

When it is on its way, or ready to collect, mark it as dispatched.

The customer can then confirm that they received it.

How does stock work?

You set how many you have for each product. You can change it at any time.

Stock is taken off when you record that a payment arrived.

At zero, the product shows as out of stock and can't be bought.

How do I offer delivery?

Tick I can deliver orders in your shop settings. Customers are then asked at checkout.

They can choose delivery, or to collect.

Asiam3 does not arrange, carry or price delivery. What you charge is yours.

Will my shop show in the Asiam3 market?

You choose. Choose List in the marketplace so customers can find you by browsing and searching.

If you don't, your shop won't appear in the Asiam3 market.

Anyone with your link can still visit.

A listed shop needs a cover photograph and a product with a photograph.

Can I take a copy of my shop's data?

Yes. In your shop settings, choose Download a copy.

It includes your shop's details, products and photographs.

Orders are not included.

Can I have more than one shop, or staff?

You can open more than one shop under your business.

Staff accounts are not available yet.

What can't I do yet?

You can't place an order in the Asiam3 market yet.

You can't buy with an account yet. You order from a shop as a guest.
